HOUSE RULES: Please read through the house rules before booking with us. 

• Guest Must Sign & Read Rental Agreement. $400 Security Deposit Required. • Must be 28 Years of Age or Older to Book. • NO Smoking. NO Pets (Service Animals only). No events / parties. • No infants. No Children under Age 11. • Occupancy: 4 individuals max, 6 if two couples. No 'extra' guests, crashing on couch/floor. • Jacuzzi/Hot Tub; SHOWER FIRST to keep water clear for next guest! Turn off jets/lights & cover when done; Security deposit will be charged if it needs to be drained. • Don't grab shower fixture/plumbing. Touch wall, use grab bars for balance or use bath bench. • Must read read house manual or watch video. Old farm house, will help things go smoothly.
• Septic: shorter showers, flush less often, limit laundry for longer stays (empty dryer lint screen). • Remove muddy/snowy shoes in mudroom. Remove for bedroom & stairwell carpets. • NO candles. Oil lamps for decoration only. • If you leave a room, especially upstairs, must close windows. Rain storms will damage paint/carpet/furniture. • Make sure outside screen doors are latched shut - will get damaged from wind.
